Photos

• The app allows users to capture photos as evidence of completed work, scaffolding conditions, and inspection status.
• These photos become part of the inspection records managed by the organization using DigiScaff.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

DigiScaff does not collect personal contact information through the mobile app, including:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Home address
• Payment information

User accounts are created and managed through a separate external web platform administered by the organization using DigiScaff.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only to:

• Record scaffolding inspection activities.
• Verify inspection locations.
• Maintain work history and inspection records.
• Support workplace safety and compliance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent collected data.

Inspection records, including location data and photos, are available only to the organization that operates DigiScaff and authorized personnel responsible for managing scaffolding inspections.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect inspection data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

DigiScaff may request the following Android permissions:
